4. Account Registration

To use InsightHealth, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Enable and use multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

When you share your health records via share links:

  • You authorize recipients to view the specified information

  • We are not responsible for how recipients use shared information
  • Share links expire according to your settings

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by InsightHealth and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightHealth and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
